CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Handle with care
Gentle machine OR hand wash only
Cold wash only
Dry in shade
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry

Simply machine wash in cold water on a delicate/gentle cycle when required and air dry. If you don't have a delicate cycle option, its best to hand wash. Since products are yarn dyed and not printed, your rug will remain bright and lovely, wash after wash. They tend to get softer after each wash. Avoid spikey objects around products to avoid pulling threads.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED?
Your order will be dispatched from the Gold Coast within 1-2 business days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For Australian residents, it will take around 4-6 business days. NZ 12-14 days.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We are currently only shipping to Australia & New Zealand. Outside of these countries? Please get in touch and we will give you a postage quote!

WHO DESIGNS YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our products are all exclusive to us, Koko Vida, designed in house by Kiefa and Jake.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE?
All our rugs, bags & cushions are consciously & ethically made in China by a company who has their BSCI certificate (Business Social Compliance Initiative) and has passed fair work trade audits.

WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE FROM?
Our rugs are made from 100% recycled cotton.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We start processing orders immediately after they are placed, we are not able to make any changes or cancel orders. However, depending on the situation you can send us an email and we’ll see what we can do.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please email us ASAP with your order number and the product name, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the default. Check out our refund policy for more.
